Processing Time

Our goal is always to get your order out the door as fast as possible, and we aim to process most orders the very same day. However, to account for unexpected delays or high order volumes, our official processing window is 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

To ensure the fastest possible delivery, please place your order before 2:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders received after 2:00 PM will begin processing the next business day.

We offer free Economy shipping on most orders over $99. Please note that this offer excludes some hazmat items, oversized items and those requiring freight or special shipping services. The free shipping offer does not include Alaska, Hawaii, special order items, some hazardous items, freight truck items, or oversized items. 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Time Estimates

  • Economy $9.95  2–7 business days

  • Two Day $24.95  2 business days

  • Overnight $49.95  1 business day

Shipping is charged as a flat rate per order. Even if your shipment includes multiple boxes, you’ll only pay one shipping fee.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions. Saturday, Sunday, and holidays do not count as transit days and items are not typically delivered on these days. The day of shipment does not count as a transit day (i.e. an order shipped on Monday will be delivered by end of day Wednesday with two day shipping).

Order Tracking

You will receive your tracking order via email once the order is shipped. Estimated delivery time only applies to business days (Monday-Friday).

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the lower 48 contiguous United States. For orders outside this region, please contact us directly for custom shipping arrangements.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for resolution, as carrier policies and tracking limitations apply.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional fees.

Hazmat Shipping

Items considered hazardous (like paint, flares, batteries, epoxies, and some cleaners) must ship via standard ground service. These items are available for delivery within the contiguous United States only, with an estimated delivery time of 2–7 business days. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Oversized Items

Large or heavy items that exceed standard dimensions can be shipped via ground shipping for our standard shipping fee. This service is available within the contiguous United States only. If you require 2-day or overnight shipping for an oversized item, a $60 surcharge will be applied. For oversized items requiring truck freight delivery, additional fees will apply. We will contact you to review and confirm these charges before your order ships. Orders routed through a third-party freight forwarding service are subject to a $20.00 administrative fee.

Other Considerations

We have NO BACKORDER policy. If for any reason we cannot fulfill the order, it will be cancelled and refunded.

The customer is responsible for tracking the package using the tracking number from shipping until delivery.
