Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return. Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Returned products must be complete, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@midnightmarinesupplyco.com. Be sure to include the item(s) you wish to return, the quantity, and the reason for the return. If your request is approved, we’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with shipping instructions.

Please note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to promptly evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Opened or used unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are non-returnable unless defective, in which case they may be eligible for replacement only
  • Clearance items, closeouts, and open-box items
  • Special orders
  • Cut goods or customized items
  • Truck freight shipments
  • Items not in resalable condition — including any part that has been installed or shows signs of installation
  • Remanufactured products
  • Gift cards

Please note: This list may not cover all non-returnable items. We reserve the right to decline a return request at our discretion, particularly when product integrity, safety, or resale viability is compromised.

Units requiring service—whether under warranty or otherwise—should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Please note:

  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, including items that received free shipping. The original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Important Notice About Unauthorized Returns

Items returned without prior authorization or that do not qualify for return (e.g., marked non-returnable) will be returned to the sender at their expense or discarded per the sender’s instructions. Midnight Marine is not responsible for unauthorized returns or non-refundable products sent back to us.

Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of at least 15%. Please contact us with any questions.

Limitations of Liability

By purchasing from Midnight Marine, you agree that we are not liable for any damage, harm, or losses related to the receipt, storage, use, or misuse of products sold. Our liability, if any, is limited to the original purchase amount. Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used for their intended purpose.

Return Shipping Notice

When shipping returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. If an item is lost in transit, we will not be able to issue a refund—you will need to file a claim with the shipping provider for the insured amount.
